Timber Casement Windows
Our traditional casement flush windows have great aesthetic merit. In addition to that, their careful design pledges to keep every home wonderfully warm, quiet, and extra safe. Excellent thermal and weather performance is guaranteed. Our challenge was to make casement windows that look simple but are very sophisticated. Hidden away is modern technology – warp-resistant timber, Secured by Design locks engage in multiple points around the perimeter of every opening, ventilation grooves, drainage channels, and glazing units which lose much less of the heat in comparison with ordinary windows.
Double glazed timber sash windows with a 1.2 U-value
Our double-glazed wooden sash windows are up to 25% better than the new Part L 2022 building regulations, with U-values starting from 1.2 W/m²K.
We also offer triple-glazed and quadruple-glazed sash windows that are up to 50% and 70% better, with U-values starting from 0.8W/m²K and 0.6W/m2K.
Timber Mock Sash Windows
Timber mock sash windows are a great alternative for those who want to maintain the authentic look of traditional sliding sash windows at a lower cost. Our Mock Sash windows, made of engineered softwood or hardwood, have the same appearance as timber sash windows but operate differently. Instead of sliding up and down, the top and bottom sash can be hinged at the sides, top, or bottom, allowing them to open outwards or inwards like casement windows or tilt and turn casement windows. We offer a variety of mock sash windows, with the most popular type resembling traditional sash windows. Our Mock sash windows can have a fixed bottom wing or sliding bottom sash, which operates with a spring balance system.
